Pullman Yerevan is a unique and significant project for Armenia that will increase country's investment attractiveness — representative of the Accor group of hotels
“Pullman Living and Residences Yerevan,” the upscale project located at 180 Norky Aygyner, has opened the first residential show room where customers can “experience” the Pullman philosophy: quality materials and European design merged with well-considered comfort and pure textures.
During the event, representatives of Technotun and Accor, as part of the Accor Ownership Benefits Program, presented the first residents of the complex with Platinum Cards, which will allow them to enjoy various benefits while traveling around the world. Accor Platinum cardholders have access to executive lounges, early check-in and late check-out and free room category upgrade facilities while traveling. Additionally, there is an exclusive 20% discount benefit while staying at the 5,700 locations of Accor Hotels and Resorts.
Residents of Pullman Yerevan also received souvenir gifts from Technotun and Accor, with scarves featuring Mount Ararat as particularly significant gifts.
According to Aron Libinson, Accor Vice President of Operations for Georgia and CIS countries, Pullman is bringing a new quality of lifestyle to Armenia, allowing one to live in a residential complex and enjoy services provided at the level of a five-star hotel. “This is a unique and significant project for Armenia in its category. And I can tell you it is, indeed, the most beautiful residential complex I ever saw”, Libinson told. He further said, “This project will boost tourism in Armenia, because it would mean one more luxury five-star hotel in this region where the demand for luxury housing and hotels is increasing steadily.”
It should be noted that 15 above-ground floors of the complex have already been completed. The whole project will be in commissioned in December 2027.
Pullman Living and Residences Yerevan will feature four different buildings. One building will hold a five-star hotel for extended stays, and the other three will offer luxury apartments. With Pullman Yerevan owning 20,000 sq m of land, only 4,000 sq m, or 20% of the territory, will have any developments upon it, as 16,000 sq m will serve as green spaces and common areas. Of these, green areas total 13,000 square meters.
In the outdoor component of the complex, there will be sports grounds, running tracks, cycling tracks, the longest 70-meter infinity pool in the region, and a children’s pool. Lifeguards will be on duty at the pools.
Inside the complex, there will be gym with an area of 500 sq m and a 1,200 sq m SPA area: with pools, a hammam, sauna, and salt rooms. There are also conference halls and a co-working area. It would also comprise a restaurant, café, bar, salon, shop, and pharmacy.
The complex will also have several spacious parking areas, separated for residents, guests, and service staff. A valet parking service will also be available.
There will be a security service within the complex.
Most of the facilities accessible to residents will be free of charge. Residents will only pay service charges and utilities at the complex. Paid services will be available to them at special prices.
The project is also fitted with a power supply system. It has its own generators with a capacity of 5 MW, enabling constant power supply when there are accidents in the central system. There are also independent cold-water storage tanks.
Unique engineering technologies were used to create this complex: it is equipped with a centralized air-purification system, thanks to which clean air at room temperature is supplied round the clock to all apartments. Although the heating system is centralized, through special engineering solutions each resident is able to control it from his own apartment and set a temperature that is comfortable for him.
The complex will also be equipped with a professional fire safety system. As per Pullman standards, each apartment will have access to two stairways. The complex will also have its own drainage system.
The construction process is being undertaken in accordance with Pullman brand standards and requirements. Subsequently, Pullman will take over the management of the complex in accord with its high standards.
